CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours' notice is required prior to the originally schedule date and time.

Should you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged with a $25 per service cancellation fee.

FREE TRIAL POLICY

First time clients are entitled to one FREE trail of traditional application or service that is of equivalent value. all free trials are required to fill out the client consultation form prior to appointment. appointments must be scheduled in advanced and have a time restriction of up to 45 minutes.

exclusions apply: parties consisting of more than 3 people consecutively or simultaneously within the same schedule appointment are not prohibited for a free trial.
